Hardship Waiver Psychological Evaluations in Oklahoma

A hardship waiver requires demonstrating that a qualifying U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident family member would suffer extreme hardship if their loved one were denied admission or deported. The psychological component of that argument matters. A well-written psychological evaluation documents the mental health impact on the qualifying relative in clinical terms that immigration attorneys and adjudicators understand and take seriously.

This is not a rubber stamp. This is a real clinical evaluation conducted by a licensed social worker with experience in immigration evaluations. We take the work seriously because the stakes are serious.

The evaluation assesses the psychological and emotional impact of separation or potential deportation on the qualifying U.S. relative. This includes current mental health status, history of mental health treatment, the nature and depth of the relationship, financial and logistical dependencies, and the likely psychological consequences of separation. The final report is written in a format that is useful to your attorney and appropriate for submission with your waiver application.
