Online Therapy in Oklahoma, From Wherever You Actually Are
Licensed therapists. Real talk. No traffic required.
Maybe you live an hour from the nearest therapist who takes your insurance. Maybe you have kids, a weird schedule, a job that eats your life, or you just really do not want to sit in a waiting room next to a motivational poster about footprints in the sand. We get it.
Ala Therapy Collective offers virtual therapy across the entire state of Oklahoma. You get a real, licensed therapist, a real therapeutic relationship, and a real hour to yourself, all from your couch, your car, your office, wherever works for you.
This is not a therapy app. This is not a chatbot. This is actual clinical care from actual humans who did the schoolwork, got the licenses, and genuinely want to help you figure out whatever you are dealing with.
What We Actually Help With
Anxiety and depression. Trauma and PTSD. ADHD and neurodivergent brains. Life transitions. Relationship stuff. Religious trauma. Grief. Body image. Perinatal mental health. LGBTQIA+ specific concerns. If it is heavy and you are carrying it, we probably work with it.
Do You Take My Insurance?
We accept several major insurance plans and we are always working to expand. Check our insurance page or just reach out and we will figure it out with you.
Ready When You Are
Oklahoma is a big state and good mental health care should not depend on your zip code. Whether you are in Tulsa, Norman, Lawton, Enid, the middle of nowhere, or right here in OKC, we can meet you where you are.
Who We Are
We are a group practice of licensed social workers based in Oklahoma City. LGBTQIA+ affirming. Neurodivergent friendly. Progressive. We take insurance. Our tagline is Professionalism with a Personality, which basically means we are going to be real with you and we are not going to talk to you like a brochure.
How Do I Get Started?
You fill out a contact form, we match you with a therapist who fits what you are looking for, and you get scheduled. That is it. No lengthy intake process designed to make you question whether therapy is worth it. Just a straightforward path to an actual appointment.
