Join the Flock

We are not a therapy mill. We are not a corporation with a wellness budget and a ping pong table. We are a flock of social workers building expansive lives for our clients and for ourselves.

What We Offer

A livable wage. Medical and dental insurance. Clinical supervision. Branding and marketing support so you are not out here trying to figure out Instagram on top of everything else. A team of actual humans who support each other. No micromanaging. No quota nonsense. No pizza parties disguised as appreciation. No matching t-shirts. Trust and transparency as a baseline, not a perk.

What We Are Looking For

Licensed social workers. LCSW or LMSW, Oklahoma licensed required. Multi-state licensure is a plus. Affirming, person-centered clinicians who do not need to be told why it matters to actually see your clients. People who are good at their job and know it without being insufferable about it. Clinicians who have a specialty or are building one and want to actually use it.

We are especially interested in social workers with experience or interest in EMDR, immigration evaluations, perinatal mental health, neurodivergent affirming care, or working with LGBTQIA+ communities. But if you bring something else to the table that you think we need, make that case.

Open Position: LCSW

Full Time or Part Time

What You Will Do

Provide client-centered therapy to individuals and couples with mental health concerns. Complete client intakes, screenings, assessments, and treatment plans. Monitor client progress and adapt treatment as needed. Coordinate with other healthcare providers internally and externally. Maintain confidential clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain all required credentials and continuing education hours.

What You Bring

Master's degree in Social Work. Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oklahoma. A genuine commitment to affirming, person-centered care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Solid knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care. The ability to work independently and as part of a team without needing someone to hold your hand through every decision.

The Details

Full time. Hybrid. Oklahoma licensure required. Multi-state licensure a plus.

Ala Therapy Collective is a group private practice made up exclusively of licensed social workers. We are LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent friendly, progressive, and deeply allergic to corporate therapy energy. Our tagline is Therapy for an Expansive Life and we mean that for our clients and for the people doing the work. We believe you cannot pour from an empty cup and we actually do something about it instead of just putting it on a poster.

We are not always posting a specific opening but we are always open to meeting the right person. If you are a licensed social worker who is done with practices that treat clinicians like production units and clients like case numbers, we want to hear from you.

The Vibe Check

We are progressive. We are affirming. We take insurance and we think that matters. We believe clinicians should be paid well and treated like the skilled professionals they are. We do not do drama, we do not do hierarchy for the sake of hierarchy, and we do not do practices that make therapists miserable in the name of growth.

If that sounds like where you want to work, you are probably our kind of people.

Full Time and Hybrid

Positions are full time and hybrid. We offer both virtual and in-person care so your schedule has some flexibility built in. Oklahoma licensure is required. Multi-state licensure is a bonus.

Come Find Your Flock

Send us your resume and a note about who you are and what you bring. We are not looking for a cover letter that sounds like everyone else's cover letter. Just tell us about yourself and why you think you belong here. We will take it from there.
