Three Ways In

Pick the format that fits your life,
not the one that fits a brochure.

In person, Oklahoma City

Kenzie Langford and Demetria Bonds

A real office with a real door that closes. For people who think better in a room, want a clean break from the house, or just do not want their therapy living on the same laptop as their job.

Outdoors, around Tulsa

Taylor Hendricks

Neurodivergent IRL is walk and talk therapy on trails and in parks across the Tulsa metro, built for brains that do their best thinking in motion. It is not a lighter version of therapy. It is therapy, outside.

Online, anywhere in Oklahoma

Every clinician on this page

Secure, HIPAA-compliant video from your couch, your parked car, or the one quiet room in the house. If you are in Oklahoma when we meet, you are in range. That is the entire rule.

Online is not the backup plan and the office is not the real thing. They are two doors into the same work, and you get to pick the door.

Who This Is For

The people who show up here.

Most of the people who reach out to Ala Therapy Collective are already functioning. They have the job, the degree, the kids, the marriage, the reputation for being the one who holds it together. What they do not have is anyone who has noticed how much that costs. That is where we start.

The flock works with women, teens, the LGBTQIA+ community, people navigating ADHD and autism, people living with chronic illness, and people untangling what a religious upbringing or a dysfunctional family left behind. We are social workers, so we see the whole picture, structural mess included.

Forensic Immigration Evaluations

Immigration psychological evaluations
in Oklahoma.

Shylah Ridgway, LCSW, LICSW, completed the Immigration Certificate Program of the Forensic Social Work Alliance and provides immigration psychological evaluations for hardship waivers and cancellation of removal, VAWA, asylum, U-Visa, and T-Visa cases. Evaluations happen in person at the Oklahoma City office or by secure telehealth anywhere in Oklahoma, with weekend availability for clients who cannot miss work.

Attorneys can start at attorney referrals.

Insurance in Oklahoma

In network with most of the plans
Oklahomans actually carry.

Send your member ID through the contact form and Jessie runs your benefits before your first session, so you know your cost going in. Not every clinician is in network with every plan, and we sort that before you are matched.

We do not accept Medicaid. Insurance benefit quotes are estimates from your insurance provider and are not a guarantee of coverage. Final responsibility for payment depends on how your insurance processes the actual claim for each date of service. Self-pay and sliding scale are available, and the full carrier list lives on the insurance page.

Before You Reach Out

Oklahoma questions, straight answers.

Is therapy in Oklahoma online, in person, or both?

Both. Kenzie Langford and Demetria Bonds see clients in person at the Oklahoma City office and online. Taylor Hendricks meets clients outdoors around the Tulsa metro through Neurodivergent IRL and online. Madison Johnson and Michi Medley are online only. Every clinician on this page can meet you by secure telehealth from anywhere in Oklahoma.

Where is the Oklahoma City office?

In south Oklahoma City. The full address and parking details come with your appointment confirmation once you are scheduled, so you are not hunting for a suite number on the day.

Do I have to live in Oklahoma City or Tulsa to work with you?

No. You have to be physically in Oklahoma at the time of the session, and that is the whole requirement. Clients in Lawton, Enid, Stillwater, Norman, Edmond, Ardmore, Muskogee, and towns most people have never heard of meet with us online every week. Sessions run through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, and the what to expect page walks through how a first session goes.

What is walk and talk therapy, and where does it happen?

It is a real therapy session that happens outside, on a trail or in a park, moving at whatever pace works for your body and brain. Neurodivergent IRL with Taylor Hendricks covers the greater Tulsa area, including Broken Arrow, Owasso, Bixby, Jenks, and Glenpool. It was built for people navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and sensory sensitivities, and it is not a lesser version of therapy. It is therapy, outdoors.

Do you work with teens in Oklahoma?

Yes. Several clinicians work with teens, and the youngest client age we see is twelve. The teen therapy page covers who does that work and how parents fit into it.

Which insurance plans do you take in Oklahoma?

Most of the major ones. Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare and Optum, HealthChoice, Ambetter, GEHA, TRICARE West, and a long list of regional plans. The full list is lower on this page and on the insurance page. Send your member ID through the contact form and Jessie verifies your benefits before your first session. We do not accept Medicaid.

Do you do immigration evaluations in Oklahoma?

Yes. Shylah Ridgway completed the Immigration Certificate Program of the Forensic Social Work Alliance and provides immigration psychological evaluations in person at the Oklahoma City office or by secure telehealth anywhere in the state, with weekend availability. Attorneys can start at attorney referrals.
