I work with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2S+ adults and young adults, including caregivers, women living with chronic illness, and anyone carrying the long shadow of growing up in dysfunction. The weird ones, the quiet ones, the ones who never quite fit, those are exactly the people who deserve the most thoughtful, genuine care.
I understand, through my own lived experience, the need to be heard and have your pain validated.
I also understand the complexities of being a caregiver, a single mom, and a fish out of water. I know how hard it is to be a woman and an immigrant in this oppressive society.
Like the phoenix, I have risen from the ashes many times, and I come back fierier each time.
I can help you do the same.
I provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, inclusive therapy, and I never judge my clients. Our pasts may have shaped us, but they don’t define us.
My sessions aren’t cold and clinical. We can talk about heavy things and still inject humor and fun into our sessions.
Last but not least, I am a social worker, through and through. I believe we need to look at issues holistically, understanding all the factors that impact your mental health.
While we’ll always address the bigger picture, your individuality and self-expression are important, too. You deserve to be heard, and you deserve to help guide your own treatment.
A quick gut check
You Might Work Well With Me If...
- you have spent your whole life feeling different and never quite understood why
- you are exploring a possible ADHD, autism, or AuDHD diagnosis
- you were the responsible one in a family that ran on chaos
- you are carrying caregiver burnout and cannot say it out loud
- you live with chronic illness, chronic pain, or an autoimmune condition
- you are LGBTQIA2S+ and want therapy where you do not have to educate your therapist
- you are exhausted from masking and trying to fit systems that were never built for you
Chronic Illness
Therapy for Chronic Illness, Chronic Pain, and Autoimmune Conditions
Living in a body that does not cooperate is its own kind of grief, and most people around you will never fully get it. You are tired of explaining yourself. Tired of pushing through. Tired of being told it is all in your head when you know it is not.
I work with people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, and autoimmune conditions, including POTS, MCAS, endometriosis, and PANDAS/PANS, and I am not going to flinch when you tell me how bad it actually is. We can hold the medical reality and your mental health at the same time, because they were never separate to begin with. You deserve a space where you do not have to perform being fine.

Affirming Care
LGBTQIA2S+ Affirming Therapy
You should not have to teach your therapist the basics before you can get to the actual work. With me, you do not.
I am here for questioning, coming out, gender exploration, chosen family, family rejection, religious trauma, and the low-grade exhaustion of minority stress that builds up when the world keeps asking you to explain or defend who you are. You get to show up as yourself. That is the whole point.

Family of Origin
Growing Up in Dysfunction
Some of us learned very young how to read a room before we walked into it. You were the responsible one, the peacekeeper, the kid who grew up around a parent's addiction or untreated mental illness and figured out how to manage everyone else's feelings before your own.
That training does not just fall off you in adulthood. It shows up as hypervigilance, as guilt for having needs, as a nervous system that never quite powers down. We can work on that. Your past shaped you. It does not get to keep running the show.
