Men's Group Therapy in Oklahoma
Say it out loud, to men who get it.
Most men do not need a lecture. They need a room where they can finally say the thing.
You can be the one everyone counts on and still have nowhere to be honest about how it is actually going. A group is different from sitting across from one person taking notes. It is a handful of men in the same kind of week, saying the things they usually keep to themselves and finding out they are not the only one.
It is different to say it where nobody needs the backstory first.
What you actually walk into.
Charles runs the group. The focus, the format, and the schedule are his to set, and those details land here.
[Charles: what the group focuses on and the kinds of things men bring to it]
[Charles: how a session runs, the format start to finish]
[Charles: day, time, how often it meets, and how long each session runs]
[Charles: group size, whether enrollment is open or closed, and the start date]
[Charles: virtual or in person, and if in person, where]
Charles has sat where you are sitting.
Charles is a Navy veteran and a working officer, finishing his social work degree. He is not guessing at what it takes to hold a hard job and a straight face at the same time. He runs the group as a supervised intern, which is why it is cash or no charge right now.
[Charles: one or two lines in his own voice about why he runs this group]
Cost is not the thing that keeps you out.
Working with Charles is cash or no charge right now. That is on purpose. The point is to get men in, not to put a price on the door.

Not at all, and most men have not. You do not need the right words. You show up and listen until you are ready to talk.
Reach out through our contact form and we will set up a time to talk.
If a group is not the right fit, see our pages for therapy for Black men, Black adults, and veterans and law enforcement.
You can just show up.
You do not need the words ready or a reason that sounds good enough. Reach out and we will tell you how it works and how to join.
